  • Media Relations: This presentation will give attendees an overview of media, how to handle an interview, and strategies to obtain positive media coverage.

  • Crisis Communications: This presentation will give attendees an overview of crisis communications, how to handle an interview in a crisis, and strategies to move forward as an organization.

Training on Site ( 1-2 days)

  • Social Media: This one-day course will teach your team/organization how to manage multiple social platforms to engage and grow your fan base with informative, entertaining and timely content tied to your brand. The course is fast pace with some hands-on application in a classroom setting at a training site of your choice within the continental U.S. A two day training includes development of social media plan plus  conducting training on-site whether it be at a performance, event, or training site of your choice within the continental U.S.

  • Media Relations: This one-day course will teach your team/organization how to handle media relations in general and give an interactive training on how to handle media interviews. We also include some crisis communications strategies. The course is fast pace with some hands-on application in a classroom setting at a training site of your choice within the continental U.S.

  • Crisis Communications: This one-day course will teach your team/organization how to handle crisis communications in general and give an interactive training on how to handle media interviews during a crisis. We help your team develop a crisis communications plan for your organization. The course is fast pace with some hands-on application in a classroom setting at a training site of your choice within the continental U.S.

One-On-One Training/ Management

Girt Communications will develop and manage your social media  or handle your media relation strategies for an agreed length of time, including developing a communications plan. While managing your social media platforms and handling your media, Girt Communications will show your team/organization how to manage multiple social platforms to engage and grow your fan base with informative, entertaining and timely content tied to your brand. At the conclusion of the contract, your organization will be capable of handling social media and media successfully on their own.
